Most people have heard of David and Goliath. Even people who've never set foot in a church know the story. The underdog wins. The odds don't matter. Never count out the little guy.
But David's story is bigger than one battle. The Bible calls him something it never calls anyone else — a man after God's own heart. That phrase is either the most encouraging thing you've ever heard, or the most confusing.
