Join us for a free once-a-month Mental Health workshop on equipping and awareness to help you grow in your knowledge of some key mental health topics to help yourself and others.
You'll gain understanding about your mental wellness and emotional wellbeing. You'll learn about mental health issues that affect us and those around us, as well as ways to manage and combat symptoms, self care, and how you can support those struggling.
There is no cost to attend and no need to register. Just show up. Everyone is welcome.
Often, traumatic experiences not only cause pain, but make us question our faith, who we are, and how to move forward. You will learn in this seminar how trauma is a soul wound that robs us of our identity. You will also learn how God identifies us not by what we have lost, but by who God knows us to be.
